TENDER SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGY, SERVICES AND CONTENT RELATED TO THEM .


ART. 1 - SCOPE OF SUPPLY

ART. 5 - PROCEDURE FOR THE AWARD

ART. 6 - AWARD

La Ditta aggiudicataria resta vincolata dal rapporto contrattuale dalla data di aggiudicazione per almeno 60 giorni.
Il contratto è soggetto a registrazione solo in caso d’uso, con oneri borne by the party who has an interest.

8 - TRANSFER OF PROPERTY AND RISK '

Art. 9 - – PAGAMENTI
Il pagamento del corrispettivo avverrà al termine dell’installazione e del collaudo favorevole dei beni oggetto dell’intera fornitura, nei normali tempi amministrativi.
Detti pagamenti saranno effettuati, comunque, sempre a seguito di presentazione di regolare fattura.
Eventuali ritardi di pagamenti dovuti all’espletamento di formalità amministrative, non danno luogo ad alcuna maturazione di interessi a favore della Ditta aggiudicataria.
Considerato che il progetto è finanziato con FESR, i pagamenti avverranno dopo l’accredito degli stessi dalla Comunità Europea. In ogni caso, possono essere disposte anticipazioni di cassa fino alla concorrenza dell’ intero ammontare della fornitura, qualora la scuola disponga di fondi propri.
Art. 10 - – PENALITA’
La fornitura, l’installazione e la messa in funzione dovranno essere effettuate entro la data stabilita nel contratto. 12 - FINAL PROVISIONS

13 - DATA

The Contractor agrees to deliver and install the multimedia language lab at the school by 31/12/2009, in the classroom indicated at the Institute high school complex in Via Abruzzi.

The installation includes comprehensive testing in order to verify that the equipment provided to communicate with each other. Concurrently with, the contractor will deliver the manuals in use of technological equipment in the Italian language.
To complete the procedure, the Contractor shall issue certification to the successful installation regola d’arte.
Assistenza
L’Aggiudicatario è tenuto a garantire per tutto il periodo di ventiquattro (24) mesi di assistenza, l’intervento in loco entro 48 ore dalla segnalazione di eventuali anomalie o guasti delle apparecchiature fornite.
L’offerta di un periodo di intervento inferiore alle 48 ore costituirà titolo di valutazione.

Corso di formazione
L’Aggiudicatario dovrà organizzare ed erogare di ore pari a sei (6) di formazione tecnologica all’utilizzo del laboratorio.
Costituirà valutazione aggiuntiva un maggior numero di ore in relazione al costo.
