Vista la nota AOODGAI/5367 del 21/10/2009, reiterata con nota AOODGAI/6383 del 16/11/2009, con la quale è stato autorizzato il piano integrato d’istituto – Annualità 2009/2010 – presentato da questa scuola relativamente alle azioni B1 – C1 – C4 – D1;

Vista footnote AOODGPU/9586/1 of 12/04/2009 by which the Directorate General of Puglia intended to provide operational guidance for the recruitment of experts;
view of the information contained in the "Rules and Instructions for the implementation of initiatives financed by the Structural Funds Europe 2007/2013 - 2009 Edition - European Social Fund - European Regional Development Fund - No Prot AOODGAI / 749 of 6 February 2009;

After that time, the order is final and will be allowed against the same normal judicial liens.
FINAL PROVISIONS
Employees of the PA must be licensed recruitment of office under the existing legislation. Such authorization must be prior to the signing of the contract and in written form.
The hourly gross contribution is forecast to € 80.00, also including tax and any contributions from the institution.
